Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our small-batch Colorado honey.

Is your honey raw and unfiltered?

Yes, all of Björn's Colorado Honey is raw and unfiltered. We do not flash-pasteurize or fine-filter our honey, ensuring that the beneficial enzymes and local pollens remain intact.

My honey has turned solid. Has it gone bad?

Not at all! Crystallization is a natural process for high-quality, raw honey. To return it to a liquid state, gently place the jar in a warm water bath. Avoid boiling water or microwaving, as high heat can destroy the honey's natural nutrients.

Where is your honey produced?

Our hives are located along the Front Range of the Colorado Rockies. We are a family-owned operation based in Boulder County, producing authentic, regional honey.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship nationwide via USPS and UPS. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Due to the weight of glass jars, we use specialized eco-friendly packaging to ensure your honey arrives safely.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Due to the food-based nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Is your honey safe for infants?

No, honey should not be fed to infants under one year of age. This is a standard safety precaution to prevent infant botulism, as recommended by pediatricians.
